The terms that apply when you use preslide.pro and our presentation design services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of preslide.pro (the "Site") and the presentation design services provided by preslide ("we", "us"). By using the Site or ordering services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to disrupt the Site, try to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
2. Services and quotes
Service details, scope, deliverables, number of revision rounds, timeline and price are agreed in writing, in a quote or proposal, before work begins. Information on the Site is general and is not a binding offer.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate content and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the rights to all materials you give us, including text, logos, images and data. You also confirm that using them does not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. We may pause work if agreed payments are overdue.
5. Intellectual property
Once payment is received in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Unless otherwise agreed, we may keep the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio. We will never show confidential work without your permission. Third-party assets, such as licensed fonts, stock images and icons, remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Revisions and cancellations
Revision rounds are included as stated in your quote. Extra changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. If you cancel a project, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
7. Site content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics and the preslide logo, belongs to preslide or its licensors. You may not copy it without permission. Photographs are used under their respective licenses.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or always available. We do not guarantee any particular result from a presentation, such as funding, sales or approvals.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, preslide is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
